The following rules apply to all online purchases. Please, read this document carefully before making a purchase.

DFSHOP.EU reserves the right to alter usage instructions. Please, read the instructions before making a repeated order.

 

USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The user is responsible for all the activities pertaining to the order: user account registration, information placement to the user account, password, and user account confidentiality observance. 

The user may not submit user data and the password to any third parties. The respective user only (a physical entity) to whom the data have been assigned may use the data. 

The user may not take any activities against system security. In case any violation is discovered DFSHOP.EU reserves the right to terminate the service unilaterally without any warning or clarification of any reasons. 

The user has the right to cancel the order at any moment of order accomplishment including the period of 14 days upon delivery of the product. Additional information is available in the “Product Return Policy” section.  

The order of establishment and consideration of consumer claims on contract rules, nonconforming products or services, or consumer rights and obligations is available in Consumer Rights Protection Law.

 

By ordering a product the user consents to personal data processing in accordance with the “Personal Data Processing Law”.

DFSHOP.EU undertakes to provide product delivery according to product and service description in the defined time and volume.
