Refund policy
If the product you have bought in DFSHOP.EU does not suit you in terms of size, colour, or model, you may return it within 14 days upon shipment receipt.

Attention! You may return the product only if:
- the product has not been used;
- product appearance and consumption features have been preserved;
- original package and labeling have remained intact.
Product return costs must be paid by the customer.
Depending on the customer's bank policy, the money paid for the product shall be transferred back to the customer's bank account (corresponding to the bank card used to make the purchase) within 14 days but not later than within 30 days upon product delivery to the DFSHOP.EU.
Product exchange
The product can be changed to another size, color, or model.
